- It is very important that you submit your orders no later than 6 pm on Sunday. This is the last order that I'll be placing before Christmas, so if you miss it you will be out of luck. I will still have inventory on hand, but it seems I never guess correctly as to what people will request. So be sure to get it ordered if there is a specific need.
- Thanks to everyone who is identifying their cash or their checks for cash. If a person gives you cash, be sure that your cash or check for cash is clearly identified with their name on it so that I credit it correctly.
- After Sunday ALA will have inventory on hand, but remember that ScripNow! is still available to everyone, and it can be emailed to recipients as well. There's no need to tell people to go to the store or the grocery store kiosk. Just encourage supporters to purchase ScripNow! so that our ALA kids receive the benefit rather than the stores.
Remember that you can order ScripNow! via your own SWS account if your supporter has not yet set up their account. Choose to "gift" it, and you can send it directly to their email address. As always though, money MUST be collected before I can release ScripNow to anyone.
- Be sure to report sales and money for any items that we normally don't stock. I've had several instances of where I'm seeing orders for special items but I don't see a sale in your report. When this happens I can't order that item for you. ALA just can't take that chance with putting out the money, then getting stuck with the card.
- I will NOT be ordering Scrip on Sunday December 21 but will place a new order on December 28.
