Scrip rebate distribution
I have begun work on getting Scrip rebate statements out to the supporters. I'm at a standstill though until I get the outstanding December Scrip reports from several supporters. I want to be sure that the people who purchased Scrip in December receive credit for 70% of their rebates, but I need your reports please!

Please encourage your Scrip supporters to act immediately once they get the statement. I will distribute the numbers to Mr. Mueller on January 22. We cannot accept any late submissions.

Inventory reports
If you have not yet sent in your inventory report for December, please do so today. Thank you!

Back orders
I sent out orders on Monday. There were a number of items that I did not have in stock, and those were noted on your sheet. Please do not re-order these on Sunday.

Out of the office
I will be out of the office on Thursday to celebrate my sister's birthday and to attend a baby shower for my brother and sister-in-law who are adopting from China next month. I will return to ALA on Tuesday January 13.
