Scrip rebates are at the schools and churches
The Scrip rebates were sent out to schools and churches on Saturday. Please check with your principal or pastor to make sure that they received the check and understand what these dollars are for. This might be a good time to discuss ways to increase your people's Scrip use and support for the kids in our Lutheran schools.
Reloading
I invite all of you to reload cards that you personally use on a regular basis. You can do this right from your ShopwithScrip.com account, the same account that you use to order your Scrip cards for your inventory.
There are two ways to pay:
1. If you'd like to receive your reload immediately, set up an easy and secure PrestoPay account. Most reloads will hit your card within minutes.
2. If you are willing to wait for your reload, choose to pay by check. I will release the order to you when I place my next order (this happens weekly for plastic Scrip cards, daily for virtual Scrip like reloads and ScripNow), and you can send a check to me at ALA.
Do NOT report these reloads on your reporting file. I record them directly from ShopwithScrip.com.
There are several benefits to reloading your personal cards. One is that you will receive your funds faster than if you wait for a new card. The second is that ALA won't have to order a new card for you and then pay postage to send that new card to you.
You can reload anytime during the week, not just on Sundays.
Stagnant cards
If you have cards in your inventory that have not sold in the last 6 months please send them back to me. There's no sense in ordering new cards if we have older ones out there to sell.
Have a great week!
