I've spent the week catching up on sales and orders, inventories and Scrip rebate disbursements. The Scrip rebate checks are going in the mail tomorrow along with lists of the students and the dollars shared with them. Let me know if your congregation or school has any questions.
We need to share the news of Scrip
Next up will be Scrip education and promotion. It became apparent to me as I went through the Scrip rebate designations that a huge number of our families are missing out on the blessings of Scrip tuition credit. I hope to do much better on promoting that this year, but I also need you all to be the mouthpiece of Scrip in your schools and congregations. The dollars are absolutely free and so very helpful to our families. Please let me know what strategies may work in your churches and schools and I will do my best to implement them.
Scrip rep gatherings
Speaking of that, how many of you are coming to the Scrip rep gatherings in August? John Sebald will soon be home from vacation and we will firm up details, but in the meantime I hope you're saving the date and can join us. It will be an opportunity to answer your questions about the new ways of using Scrip as well as put our heads together and discuss best ways to reach our people with the Scrip program.
New order form and reporting file
It looks like a number of you haven't checked the blog in recent weeks. The last update referenced the newest reporting file and order form, but I'm still receiving old ones in my email. Please download and use the newest one to avoid confusion and wrong numbers. (The latest files are always lifted at the top of the blog.) Thanks!
