Hi everybody!

We're SO close to the start of classes at ALA and our WELS elementary schools! This week I spent much time updating and creating new promotional tools.

I am sending these pieces to your elementary schools' registration days with our admissions coordinator, Michelle Meyer. She will help explain Scrip to your families.

It is our hope that the number of people utilizing Scrip as a financial aid tool in our elementary schools will easily surpass the ALA number. ALA runs its Scrip program to serve our elementary families as much as our ALA families. I spoke to all the principals yesterday, and they seemed enthusiastic and very supportive, so enlist your principal's help in promoting this program as best that you can!

The new/updated pieces are above - here's an explanation of each -

1. Registration info - this is primarily serving as an info sheet for our elementary schools at their respective registrations. I am printing them with an order form on the reverse.
I hope to revamp this just a bit and use it for a bulletin insert very soon. I'm open to your thoughts on this.

2. Virtual Scrip flyer - this explains how to purchase and use Scrip from your computer and your smart phone.

3. FAQ - this is updated for the current year.

Take a look at these and see if they might work in your congregation. Send me feedback on how you might like them tweaked for use in your church and I'll do what I can to make it work for you.
