Hello everyone!

Inventories
I have checked over all the inventories that were submitted and I emailed you with questions or if you haven't submitted it yet. Please check for my questions.

New Order Form
I have updated our order form and it is located at the top of this blog as well as on the ALAcoyotes.org/Scrip page. After I posted it everywhere I noticed Barnes & Noble $5 and Southwest Airlines cards on there. We do not currently have access to those. I will modify that the next time I go through this process.

Fry's
ALA is out of Fry's. I have removed it from the order form, so you will need to mention it to every customer in order to sell what's in your inventory.

McDonald's
ALA is out of McDonald's. This also has been taken off of the order form. Be sure to sell your cards - don't let them sit in your inventory. (McDonald's was a card we could only get from Fry's, so we no longer have access to them.) A workaround for this would be for customers to purchase McDonald's cards at Safeway with Safeway Scrip.

Promoting Scrip
Rachel Plitzuweit at Cross of Glory wrote up this flyer explaining Scrip to their school families. Feel free to use it for your own purposes, editing it to fit your situation. I plan to update the ALA FAQ brochure next week now that inventories have been checked.

Reporting Files
I will update reporting files soon, but I probably will wait until the Fry's and McDonald's are nearly gone so that you don't have to add them as "other" on the report.
