ALA's school year is coming to a close! Just a few notes for you:
1. The last Sunday for supporters to accumulate rebates for this school year is May 31.
2. Scrip rebate statements will be sent out by June 15. Please advise your supporters to watch their email (including spam or junk folders) closely. I will do everything I can to send out reminder emails to those who don't respond. But people WILL have to check their emails.
3. Scrip supporters will be asked to respond no later than July 1 so that we can distribute the rebates to the appropriate schools and tuition accounts.
4. Sunday May 31 is inventory day. Please submit your inventory reports promptly so that the rebate numbers are as accurate as possible for your supporters.
5. I will be gone May 27 through June 2. I may be short on inventory to send you next week because of the holiday on Monday, but be assured that the orders will be filled in full the week of 5/31. I will send you what I can on Tuesday next week.
6. Please encourage ScripNow! and reloads to help people maximize their Scrip rebate tuition credit. These summer days are the perfect opportunity to help people with that process. See the "Scrip on Your Phone and Computer" flyer link above. This explains how to use Scrip even when you can't purchase a new plastic card.
