Hello everyone!

This is probably the last update I will be able to write before graduation. There is much excitement to come in the next 10 days!






Inventory
Reports are due on Sunday May 25. This is a very crucial inventory report because Scrip profits will be figured and shared as of the May 25 sales. Inventory reports ensure that all sales and profits are accounted for. Remember that inventory reports MUST be submitted immediately after your sales report. Thank you for being prompt and helping the profit sharing process for our supporters.

MyScripWallet
MyScripWallet is now live and has the potential to boost our supporters' profits to record levels! I have two more success stories from last weekend:

1. We ate at IHOP and very easily purchased and redeemed ScripNow! right on my phone.
2. I went to Sam's Club, used the self-check, and was able to scan my Walmart ScripNow! on my phone. Even my kids were amazed at the ease of checkout with ScripNow!

The beauty of MyScripWallet is two-fold. There's no need to plan ahead. A supporter can purchase Scrip when they are out shopping or dining, immediately when they need it.

Also, all ScripNow! purchases are visible on your phone at all times. So if you have a balance remaining on your card, you enter that in the app, and the balance remains there on your phone for the next time you shop or dine. No more plastic cards to keep track of.

I understand that some of you are not comfortable with the changes in technology, but please keep in mind that many of the people in our churches and especially our elementary schools are. If you are not comfortable with smartphones, is there somebody in your church/school with whom you could team up with the promote and assist with the digital side of Scrip? Please give this some thought and feel free to talk to people in your circles who would be good at this and have the enthusiasm to promote ALA support in this way.

The way Scrip stands now we have three different methods of purchasing Scrip:

1. Purchasing from Scrip reps: plastic gift cards & paper gift certificates
2. Purchasing from the computer: printable ScripNow! certificates and reloading of existing cards, as well as placing orders for plastic and paper Scrip
3. Purchasing and redeeming from the phone: ScripNow! and reloading of existing gift cards

Scrip Profit Statements

Please advise your supporters that their Scrip Profit Statements will be in the inboxes or USPS mailboxes no later than June 15. They should respond ASAP via the link in the email to ensure that their Scrip profits are shared per their wishes. We will need responses no later than July 6 so that we can disburse the dollars to the appropriate schools and congregations in time for the new school year.
