Postage increase
With the recent postage increase it made me realize that we need to encourage our people to reload and purchase ScripNow! cards as much as possible. The more people can access Scrip on their own the less we have to do to purchase and mail and track new physical cards, meaning more profits can go to help our students in our schools. Since you are the face of the Scrip program in your congregations and schools, please do all you can to become comfortable with the reloading and ScripNow! process so that you can then teach and encourage the Scrip supporters in your congregation.
Bottom line is that in many cases new cards really aren't necessary to generate these free funds for our kids!
Loose Glue on Envelopes
If you are using envelopes from ALA to send your checks through the mail please take extra care to glue and/or tape the envelopes shut. The latest batch we have seems to not seal some of the time, so give it an extra lick or a piece of tape and we won't lose checks along the way.
Stagnant Cards?
If you have some cards in your inventory that haven't moved in the last 4-6 months, please return them to ALA. I can move them on to customers rather than purchasing new cards while your cards sit idle.

See's has announced that their 1 lb certificate price has increased yet again to $18. This change is reflected on the order form. Be sure to download it.
New forms and files
Please download the new order form and the new reporting file at the above links. Changes include See's and Fry's (our last Fry's card was purchased this past week). I've tried uploading the files to an easier location rather than Google Docs - see how it works for you.
