Record EVERY CARD
Those of you have been doing Scrip for awhile are very aware of how crucial it is to record every single card that moves out of your box. Our sales volume will increase dramatically during these next two months, and you need to put in place a very careful system of not letting any cards leave your inventory without a written record. Please review your procedures now before you are hit with the rush!
ScripNow and Reloads
When doing this for a customer, send me a quick email, text, or call to tell me of the order and whom it is for, and I will release the order as quickly as I can. Then all you'll have to do is print it for them and collect payment. I will handle all record keeping on my end, you will not need to report it on your sales report.
Harkins Cups
We will again be offering Harkins cups. The program will run a little bit differently this year. We will sell VOUCHERS for cups and the cups can be picked up by the individual at any Harkins Theatre.
- Vouchers will cost $5.
- Cups can be refilled for just $1.50 during all of 2014.
- 20% profit is earned on each voucher.
We will be picking up the vouchers on November 14.
