Wow, no kids! ALA has been such a quiet place this week. I had forgotten what it was like to work with little to no interruptions, to be able to put several thoughts together at a time!

Harkins 

I have run out of $10 Harkins cards. We are able to order these cards only at Christmas. If you have $10 Harkins cards that you can return to me, that would be great. But I'd prefer that you just sell them.

In-N-Out Burger
I learned that In-N-Out Burger doubled their limits on how many cards we can order per school year - yay! We received 250 cards late this week, so I'll now be able to fill your orders!



Scrip Checks and Orders 

While it often seems to make sense to try to give the Scrip checks to a coach or someone driving to ALA, I'd prefer that you mail the checks instead. I hesitate to make our coaches and camp leaders the "middleman" because they have so much on their mind with their own duties. Recently some money went missing out of a staff person's mailbox as well and my computer mouse was stolen off of my desk, so putting something in my mailbox when I'm not here is not a safe option either.

If you are positive you're coming to ALA between 9 am and 1 pm on a day I'll be here, then I'll certainly hold your Scrip for you to save on postage. Otherwise I prefer to put the Scrip in the mail to ensure that it makes it to you by the weekend.

Ordering Deadline
The same ordering deadline holds for summer orders - I must receive your order at ShopwithScrip.com by 6 pm on Sundays to guarantee that you'll receive all the cards. The Scrip company has shortened hours during the summer, so it's even more important that we get our order to them on time so that they can ship it to us on a timely basis. Thanks for your help with this!




Upcoming Vacation Time

My family and I will be leaving on Tuesday night June 11 and returning on Tuesday June 25. I will ship out whatever Scrip I can on June 10 and 11. There will be no Scrip deliveries the week of June 16. I will fill orders the week of June 23.

You can continue to send in your sales reports and payments each week.
